If you have not enrolled for the 2015-2016, the office will be open during the following dates/times to complete the enrollment process:
  • June 16 - July 15 from 8:00am to 12:00pm
  • The school is closed on Monday, September 4th
You can begin the enrollment process by going to the SDUSD Online Enrollment page. You can also go to the TPES school website to learn more about required documentation and TK/Kinder assessments.
All new students (TK-5th) and their families are welcome to learn more about Torrey Pines Elementary in the school auditorium. Meet Principal Sarah Ott, the TPES staff, and Foundation Board members. 

Current parent and student volunteers will also offer school tours from 9:30am-11:00am. Stop by and get acquainted with Torrey Pines before the first day of school on Tuesday, September 8th.
No Class Rosters Posted at School This Year
All TPES enrolled students can expect to receive an automated call between 5:00-9:00pm to learn class assignments. Calls will be made to the phone number included on your child's enrollment card.

Class Rosters Available Online Friday Night
As a courtesy to TPES families, the Foundation website will make class rosters available online after all phone calls have made. In order to view the rosters:
  • Your child must be on the class roster
  • You are an existing family (and have website access) OR as a new family, you have already filled out a Foundation Website form
New families will NOT have access to the site until we can confirm your child is enrolled and we have received a signed website form. 

We will include a link on the homepage once the rosters are online!

Anyone enrolling or submitting forms on Friday may see a delay in accessing the site. We will be working through the weekend - and through the first week of school - to make sure all new families receive access to the site and appreciate your patience.
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8th. Classes begin at 8:25am, with the late bell ringing at 8:30am. 

We expect heavy traffic the first week of school. Please make sure to travel safe by arriving early to school.

All families with enrolled students at Torrey Pines Elementary now have access to the Foundation site. Please check your email for a confirmation email. For gmail accounts, TPES-related communications may be going into the 'Promotions' folder and NOT in your Inbox. Please take a moment to take a look. If you are still not receiving emails, please contact our Communications team asap.

To receive E-Twig communications, you must have submitted a TPES Foundation form. If you have not already completed a form, please download the TPES Foundation Form here to obtain login access to the website, school directory and to sign-up for our electronic newsletter.

We are in the process of cleaning out our student database and removing last year's information (including class pictures) over the summer. As a result, portions of the site will not be accessible from July 13th until the beginning of the year. Families new to the Torrey Pines community can expect to receive access to the site the first week in September.
